Complaints policy

We love hearing about any feedback, positive and negative. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to all our patients. If you feel we have not met your expectations, we welcome your feedback so we can address your concerns promptly and improve our services.

We will treat all complaints seriously, fairly, and confidentially. All complaints will be handled in accordance with data protection laws. Your complaint will not affect your ongoing care.

You can make a complaint either in person to any of our staff members, or in writing by email to thewellnessdoctorsclinic@gmail.com.

We will provide a written response outlining our findings, any actions taken, and any changes we will make to prevent recurrence to you and we aim to do this within fourteen days of receiving the complaint.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to:

  • Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) – for private healthcare complaints.
  • Care Quality Commission (CQC) – while they do not resolve individual complaints, they welcome feedback about services.
